  1. Employment' s

    1. You have been appointed on the basis of educational proofs provided by you. If organization found any of the education proofs incorrect or invalid than the employers have reserved their rights to terminate your contract without any prior intimation.

    2. In case you are not joining inform us within three days.

    3. If there will be any change in your correspondence address you shall inform us immediately.

    4. Your work will be depending on your appointment. Employers have rights to extend or amend your employment from time to time.

    5. The employee shall also not solicit / seek / explore employment with the client and / or with any of the competitor during the contract period (included extended period, if any) and if found doing so the same would constitute conflict of interest and render the employee liable for legal action including recovery of adequate damages etc.

    6. You shall have no rights charge / demand the client on accounts of this appointment letter.

  2. Benefits

    1. Gratuity will be provided as per provision of the Gratuity Act 1972.

    2. The Salary Structure as offered to the employee includes the Organization’s contribution towards the PF contribution @ 12% on the basic salary or Rs. 21,600.00 (1800 x 12 months) per annum whichever is less.

    3. During this contract you are also entitled for other benefits and incentives as per appointment letter.

  3. Termination

    1. You need to clear of your dues on termination of employment, whether the termination is from your end or from employer’s end.

    2. Notice period will be of 15 days or salary in lieu thereof.

    3. In case of act of indiscipline by you / financial loss to organization or client, your services may be terminated without notice period.

  4. Appointment

    You will be employee of the organization and your salary and re-imbursement etc. will be paid by organization itself. You will not claim any expenditure to our client directly.

  5. Client’s rules / regulations

    1. Client will allocate you work on daily basis and you will also get trained by the client for the same.

    2. You need to abide by, for any training given by the client.

    3. You need to abide by, the working hours allocated by client.

  6. Confidentiality

    1. The employee must keep confidential all trade secrets and information which comes to his or her attention in circumstances where he or she know or ought to know that the information is to be treated as confidential.

    2. Any other Information, documentation, record, photographs, designs, processes, systems, maps and installations which are deemed confidential by virtue of operations / exclusive usage by client and leakage of the same to any unauthorized person, company, firm, organization etc. is detrimental to the interest of Client.

  7. Loss

    The Employee shall be solely liable for any loss caused to any other person, Client by his / her act and also liable to keep Company absolved and indemnified of any liability / loss on account of his conduct.

  8. Client has reserved its rights to do the liquor test of employee, if anyone found positive in this test the Company will terminate the employee on immediate basis.

  9. You need to mark your attendance as required by the client.

  10. Leave without intimation and without approval will be taken on serious note and the employee will be fined in lieu thereof. If employee comes half an hour late to his shift than half day salary will be deducted. If during shift timing in a particular month any employee is not present at his allocated workplace than one day salary will get deducted at first instance, at second instance in that month only two days salary will get deducted, at third instance in the same month seven days salary will get deducted and at the fourth instance employee get terminated. Absent will not be considered as leaves.
